How do online lessons work?
I use a system called Vedamo. It's a great interactive tool with chat function, whiteboard and document/audio/video sharing. You'll receive an invitation to join the online classroom (check your junk mail and add vedamo.com to safe list).
Will I get homework?
If you want it! You can either select a package that includes homework, or add it as an extra. I always recommend homework, as it gives you the opportunity to practise your new language skills. It's nothing heavy, and always relevant.
What if I'm ill?
We all get ill from time to time. Provided I have at least 24 hours' notice, I will be happy to reschedule your lesson (see terms and conditions). Unfortunately I cannot refund classes through illness, or reschedule if cancellation is within 24 hours of the agreed class time.
What equipment do I need?
All you need is a computer, laptop or tablet (Vedamo does not work on iPhone), a microphone, camera (this is optional) and a good internet connection. You don't need to invest in anything else - there is no software to download.
What results can I expect?
Your lessons will give you the tools to take your business English to the next level, with regard to fluency, grammar, vocabulary and comprehension, as well as cultural understanding. You will get out what you put in, so practice is key!
What materials do you use?
I use a mixture of textbooks, real articles, games and worksheets, video and audio. And we can always work with material from your workplace too - students will often provide excellent resources of their own.
Do you offer any other packages?
The packages offered are fixed, but please contact me for longer-term or bespoke options, or if you have any queries.
Do you only teach Spanish speakers?
No. I specialise in teaching Spanish speakers because I understand how Spanish works, and what the typical problems are. However, I work with any nationality and will not reject anyone who wishes to improve their business English.

I am very experienced, both in teaching and business, but try a free consultation to see if you like me. You can also purchase a single lesson to start with, and if you are not 100% happy, I will refund your money.
